Buvo suburtos 4 ekspertinės grupės, kurios veikiančios šiose srityse:

- Viešieji pirkimai
- Pilietinė visuomenė
- Žinių visuomenė
Projekto įgyvendinimo metu buvo paskelbtos 2 žinutės ir 5 straipsniai žiniasklaidoje.
