2016 m. birželio 18-25 d. Italijoje, Cagliari (Sardinija), įvyko mokymai, organizuojami įgyvendinant projektą „Path towards organizational management: a new age”.
Iš Lietuvos mokymuose dalyvavo 4 asmenų grupė.
Mokymuose dalyvavo 31 dalyvis iš Europos sąjungos šalių: Čekijos, Kipro, Italijos, Ispanijos, Bulgarijos, Estijos, Lenkijos, Vengrijos ir Lietuvos.
Mokymų metu dalyviai pasidalino gerąja organizacijų valdymo patirtimi, susipažino su pagrindiniais veiksniais, kurie įtakoja organizacijų valdymą, projektų valdymą, sprendimų priėmimo procesus, sukūrė bendradarbiavimo tinklą tarp mokymuose dalyvavusių organizacijų, apsitarė dėl tarpusavio bendradarbiavimo galimybių naujuose jaunimo, jaunimo darbuotojų mobilumo projektuose, sustiprino tarpkultūrinį dialogą tarp mokymų dalyvių, atstovaujančių skirtingas šalis.
