2011 m. rugsėjo 15-16 d. įvyko 3-asis COMTRAIN įgyvendinimo grupės susitikimas, bei, tuo pat metu, buvo suorganizuoti antrieji projekto lektorių mokymai. Susitikimas vyko Ostravoje, industriniame Čekijos Respublikos mieste, kur įsikūręs vienas iš projekto partnerių – RPIC-ViP s.r.o.
Susitikimo metu buvo aptarti šie klausimai: projekto pažangos ataskaita, projekto įgyvendinimo metu perkeliamo IT įrankio versijos anglų kalba testavimas, įskaitant mokymus dirbti su šiuo įrankiu, projekto veiklų įgyvendinimo grafikas bei pan.
Lektorių mokymai vyko šiomis temomis: problemų sprendimo, iniciatyvumo ir verslumo kompetencijos.
Trumpa informacija apie COMTRAIN projektą:
Bendrasis COMTRAIN projekto tikslas yra sustiprinti pradedančiųjų įmonių išlikimo galimybes ir padidinti konkurencingumą rinkoje tobulinant jų vadybines kompetencijas
Pagrindinis COMTRAIN projekto rezultatas – IT įrankio, skirto greitam, lengvam bei nebrangiam savo vadybinių ir pagrindinių kompetencijų, kurios yra svarbios kiekvienam potencialiam verslininkui, įvertinimui, sukūrimas. Įrankis bus parengtas anglų kalba ir kiekvieno projekto partnerio nacionaline kalba (lenkų, olandų, čekų, graikų, portugalų ir lietuvių).
COMTRAIN įrankio inovatyviškumą atsiskleidžia per kompetencijų įvertinimo ir mokymo plano, pritaikyto įvertinto asmens poreikiams, tiesioginį ryšį. Mokymo planas, kaip tiesioginis įvertinimo rezultatas, padės pradedantiems verslininkams išklausyti papildomus mokymus, ruošiantis pradėti savo verslą. COMTRAIN priemonės bus pritaikytos šalių partnerių verslo kultūrai ir aplinkai. IT įrankį lydės mokymo programos ir medžiagos, skirtos mokyti/patobulinti potencialaus verslininko vadybines ir bendrąsias kompetencijas.
Projekto trukmė – 24 mėnesiai (2011-01-01 – 2012-12-31).
