VšĮ Darnaus vystymo projektai kartu su partneriais – VšĮ Nacionalinės plėtros institutu, Vilniaus kolegija, Nacionaline jaunimo reikalų koordinatorių asociacija ir Panevėžio prekybos, pramonės ir amatų rūmais – įgyvendina projektą „Jaunimo profesinių, socialinių ir verslumo kompetencijų stiprinimas jaunų bedarbių tarpe“ (Nr. VP1-2.2-ŠMM-10-V-04-008).
Projektas yra įgyvendinamas pagal 2007–2013 m. Žmogiškųjų išteklių plėtros veiksmų programos 2 prioriteto „Mokymasis visą gyvenimą“ priemonę VP1-2.2-ŠMM-10-V „Neformaliojo švietimo paslaugų plėtra“.
Projekto tikslas – didinti jaunimo užimtumą, praktiškai tobulinant jų socialinius, profesinius ir verslumo įgūdžius, bei skatinti savanorystę. Projektu siekiama per savanorišką veiklą ir reikalingų kompetencijų suteikimą padėti projekto dalyviams suvokti savo asmenines galimybes ir siekius, imtis iniciatyvos ieškoti darbo, persikvalifikuoti, pradėti studijuoti, stažuotis, kurti savo verslą arba kitaip pastūmėti tapti savarankišku, aktyviu visuomenės nariu.
Projekto tikslinė grupė: jaunimas, kuris turi įgijęs pagrindinį, vidurinį, pirminį profesinį, aukštesnįjį arba aukštąjį išsilavinimą, nesimoko pagal formaliojo švietimo programas bei nedirba.
Projekto uždaviniai:
1. Parengti mentorių rengimo programą ir pagal ją apmokyti 40 mentorių 40-yje Lietuvos savivaldybių.
2. Tobulinti jaunimo socialinius ir profesinius įgūdžius, organizuojant mokymus ir savanoriškos veiklos praktikas.
Projekto veiklos:
1. Mentorių rengimo programos parengimas ir mokymai
2. Jaunųjų bedarbių mokymai ir jaunųjų bedarbių savanoriškos veiklos praktika
Projekto įgyvendinimo laikotarpis – 2013 m. gruodžio 31 d. – 2015 m. liepos 31 d.
Projekto vertė – 287.600,00 Lt. Projektas finansuojamas Europos socialinio fondo ir valstybės biudžeto lėšomis.
