Projektu siekiama per savanorišką veiklą ir reikalingų kompetencijų suteikimą padėti projekto dalyviams suvokti savo asmenines galimybes ir siekius, imtis iniciatyvos ieškoti darbo, persikvalifikuoti, pradėti studijuoti, stažuotis, kurti savo verslą arba kitaip pastūmėti tapti savarankišku, aktyviu visuomenės nariu.
Projekto tikslinė grupė: jaunimas, kuris turi įgijęs pagrindinį, vidurinį, pirminį profesinį, aukštesnįjį arba aukštąjį išsilavinimą, nesimoko pagal formaliojo švietimo programas bei nedirba.
