Iš Lietuvos į mokymus vyks 4 asmenų grupė.
Mokymuose dalyvaus 31 dalyvis iš Europos sąjungos šalių: Čekijos, Italijos, Ispanijos, Bulgarijos, Estijos, Lenkijos, Vengrijos ir Lietuvos.
Mokymų tikslas – supažindinti mokymų dalyvius su naujais jaunimo organizacijų valdymo aspektais, naudojant koučingo techniką kaip metodologiją.
Mokymais siekiama suteikti jaunimo darbuotojams teorinių ir praktinių žinių bei priemonių darbui su jaunimu.
Mokymų uždaviniai:
- pasidalinti gerąja organizacijų valdymo patirtimi;
- identifikuoti pagrindinius veiksnius, kurie įtakoja organizacijų valdymą, projektų valdymą, sprendimų priėmimo procesus;
- suteikti dalyviams naujo požiūrio į jaunimo organizacijų valdymą kompetencijas;
- sukurti bendradarbiavimo tinklą tarp mokymuose dalyvaujančių organizacijų atstovų;
- susitarti dėl naujų bendrų projektų jaunimo, jaunimo darbuotojų mobilumo srityje;
- sustiprinti tarpkultūrinį dialogą tarp mokymų dalyvių, atstovaujančių skirtingas šalis.
