VšĮ Darnaus vystymo projektai kartu su dar 5 organizacijomis partnerėmis iš Moldovos, Lenkijos, Armėnijos, Italijos ir Baltarusijos suvienijo jėgas ir 2015 m. rugpjūčio 16-22 d. Moldovos Vadul lui Voda mieste suorganizavo mokymus “Simuliacija ugdymui” (angl. “Simulation for Education”).
Šiuose mokymuose buvo atrinkti ir dalyvavo 24 jaunimo darbuotojai ir jaunimo lyderiai iš 6 šalių partnerių, kurie su dviejų tarptautinių vadovų pagalba mokėsi simuliacinių žaidimų kūrimo ypatybių. Mokymų dėmesio centre – dalinimasis gerąja patirtimi ir naujų simuliacinių žaidimų, kuriuos būtų galima taikyti niekur nedirbančių ir nesimokančių jaunuolių ugdymui, sukūrimas.
Jaunimo darbuotojai ir jaunimo lyderiai pirmoje mokymų dalyje savo kailiu išbandė vadovų paruoštas simuliacijas, sužinojo apie skirtingus šių neformaliojo švietimo priemonių kūrimo metodus bei patys ėmėsi simuliacinių žaidimų, kurie atitiktų jų tikslinės grupės poreikius bei mokymosi tikslus, kūrybos. Mokymų metu galiausiai buvo sukurti 4 unikalūs simuliaciniai žaidimai:
“Mečetė Bergame” – tai simuliacija, kviečianti dalyvius įsijausti į situaciją į situaciją, kuomet jų mieste sumąstoma statyti naują mečetę. Simuliacijos dalyviai tampa Bergamo miesto gyventojais, kurie atstovaudami skirtingas miestiečių grupes, ieško bendro sprendimo dėl mečetės statybų. Žaidimo dalyviai simuliacijos metu lavina tarpkultūrinės komunikacijos, debatų įgūdžius, gilina žinias apie religijas ir įvairovę.
“Vizos loterija” – tai žaidimas, kuris imituoja biurokratišką vizų išdavimo pabėgialiams sistemą. Žaidėjai tampa šio proceso, kuris vyskta pabėgelių centre Vokietijoje, dalyviais. Simuliacija padeda ugdyti dalyvių pasitikėjimą savimi, viešo kalbėjimo įgūdžius ir supažindina su aktualia pabėgelių Europoje tema.
“Utopija” – simuliacija, kurios veiksmas vyksta pasaulyje, kuris dėl globaliojo atšilimo netrukus bus užtvindytas. Vienintele viltimi išsigelbėti tampa turtuolių laivas į kurį dalyviai ir bando patekti įsijautę į jiems paruoštas roles. Ši simuliacija susijusi su tokiomis temomis kaip diskriminacija, įtakos zonos visuomenėje, derybų įgūdžių lavinimas.
“Drakono slėnis” – tai pasakos motyvais paremta simuliacija, kurios metu dalyviai įkūnija Drakono slėnio gyventojus. Slėnio gyventojai iki saulei patekant turi nuspręsti, kas bus paaukotas Drakonui vardan kaimelio gerovės. Simuliacija dalyvius verčia pasvarstyti apie vertybes ir moralę, skirtumus ir stereotipus visuomenėje bei atkreipia dėmesį į korupciją.
Mokymų “Simuliacija ugdymui” dalyviai pasinaudojo galimybe savo įgytas žinias ir įgūdžius įgytus kuriant šiuos simuliacinius žaidimus, aprašyti Youthpass sertifikatuose. Šie sertifikatai buvo suteikti 21 mokymų dalyviui.
